When a reorder is due

The trade desk uses the same 3pm cutoff as any other order.

The cutoff does not move for a trade account

Packaging Wholesale dispatches a reorder placed by 3pm on the same day. The terms aim for delivery by 5.30pm the next working day. Monday to Thursday, that is the following day. After 3pm, the aim moves to the next dispatch.

The site also describes a 1 to 3 day courier, depending on what is in the order. A weekly tape or carton reorder should plan for the later of those two if the bench runs out on a fixed morning.

Friday and the threshold

A Friday reorder placed by 3pm leaves on Friday and aims for Monday. A bank holiday on Friday or Monday pushes the delivery to the next working day after that.

UK delivery is free over £50 ex VAT. A smaller reorder still leaves. BACS on TradePro does not change either rule.
