A different kind of pack
Disposables are the food-service and catering range, not the carton you ship a product in. The category says the products are mainly for food supplies and food packaging, for restaurants, cafés and food retailers, and also for offices and industrial sites that need cups, cutlery and plates for staff.
They sit apart from boxes, tape and void fill. A kraft takeaway bag is not a mailing bag. A food container is not a crash lock box.
What the range lists
The categories under disposables include meal-prep food containers, clear microwave containers, disposable cups, paper coffee cups, cutlery, plates, tissues and paper hand towels, kraft paper bags, kraft paper takeaway bags, and PPE and health supplies.
Choose the container that matches the food and how it is heated or carried. Microwave containers are listed separately from the general meal-prep containers. Paper coffee cups are separate from the other disposable cups. Kraft bags are separate from polythene carrier bags in the polythene range.
Packaging around the food packaging
If you also ship goods, the dispatch packaging is still the boxes, mailers, tape and void fill. Disposables do not seal a courier parcel. If you wrap food for the counter, kraft paper rolls are in papers and envelopes, and the eco-friendly page describes those rolls as recycled kraft.
The disposables category says the lines are held for next working day delivery against the cutoff published there. The shop-wide rule on the homepage is dispatch the same day for orders placed by 3pm.
