Before VAT, before the discount
UK delivery is free when the goods are over £50 ex VAT. That is the goods figure, not the amount after a TradePro discount and not the total with VAT added.
A Packaging Wholesale order under that figure is still dispatched the day it is placed, if that was by 3pm. It is not parked until it qualifies.
A pallet of the same line
A desk that reorders a pallet of cartons, tape or wrap should read the delivery page before assuming a parcel note covers it. The free threshold and the 3pm cutoff still apply. They do not replace the notes for an awkward load.
