A reorder before a bank holiday

The holiday moves the arrival. It does not add a dispatch day.

The terms

A bank holiday on Friday or Monday moves the next-working-day aim to the working day after the holiday. Orders received by 3pm still aim for 5.30pm on that next working day.

Packaging Wholesale does not dispatch on the holiday because the order was placed early in the week.

The day before

On the last open day, 3pm is still the line. A trade account does not get a later cutoff before a shutdown.

Plan the 1 to 3 day courier window as well if the bench cannot wait.
