Call before a trade return. The window is 14 days from purchase.

Stocked lines only

Stocked items can come back within 14 days of purchase for a refund, credit or exchange. Packaging Wholesale asks you to call and arrange it on +44 (0)208 386 6960, rather than sending a pallet back unannounced.

A line printed or made for that account is a different case. Read the returns page before it leaves the warehouse.

A fault found after delivery

A defect that was not obvious on arrival needs notice within 14 days of finding it, and no later than 30 days from delivery. That notice period is in the terms.

The next reorder still uses the 3pm cutoff. A return does not hold the following order.
